Our company is a joint venture between Changzhou New District Fuba Battery Co., Ltd. and the Hong Kong-based Shihui Industrial Co., Ltd. Shihui is a subsidiary of GP Batteries International Co., Ltd., one of the world's largest battery manufacturing companies.



We have a registered capital USD5,000,000 and over 600 employees, including 50 professional technicians involved in research and development. Established in 1996, we specialize in making environmentally-safe lithium batteries. The batteries have a variety of uses but are mainly used as power sources for small electronics, such as watches, cameras, and calculators.
